Our talented instructors will help the kids learn the basics of functional fitness including proper form, how to function in a team environment, how to train for specific activities and most importantly - that fitness can be fun!
Featuring: speed, agility, flexibility and endurance taught by certified coaches and instructors each week. All this along with healthy eating and goal setting taught by certified health and nutrition coaches to help nurture our future high school athletes and Crossfit Champions!

The Briar Chapel Program comes with one adult pass to Crossfit at 8:30 - 9:30 for the week you have a kid in the camp!
